Katie and Daniel are from Conway and were some of my very first newborn clients back in 2015 when they had their sweet baby girl, Marcie Kay. I sure have grown a lot since then as a photographer! When Katie contacted me about doing their son’s newborn photos, I was so excited. I love when families come back to me to continue capturing them, and I was especially honored since I was so new the first time I did their photos.

They named their sweet baby boy Winston Beau and he is perfect in every way. He slept his whole session and made my job super easy. Marcie Kay was happy to hold him when I did their sibling photo and she even gave me a thumbs up! She is hilarious. She is only a couple months younger than my little girl and they share a love of Moana so we bonded over that. How can you not love that movie?!

Beau’s nursery is decorated with bears so I was sure to incorporate a little teddy in his photos. His dad, Daniel, also loves sports so we had Beau take a picture with his little basketball. They turned out so sweet! I even got a precious little smirk out of him. I love when I get a smile from a baby!
