Lyndsey contacted me wanting to do a newborn session for her sweet son that will be arriving in mid to late April. As we talked on the phone, I could tell that she is such a fun and sweet person. Her husband is a huge Razorback fan so of course, we talked about incorporating that. She even had a onesie made for him to announce her pregnancy. It had a little Razorback on it and said “Crawl, Walk, Call” How cute is that?! And yes, only a Razorback fan will get it. 🙂

Like a lot of pregnant moms in their third trimester, Lyndsey wasn’t so sure of having a maternity session done. I know it’s easy to feel self-conscious during this time of our life. We are usually the biggest we have been in our whole lives and can barely even see our own toes! But your sweet baby will someday look back on these photos of you and see nothing but beauty for how you looked as you were about to bring their life into this world. I think it’s so important to capture this moment in your life. You are only pregnant with this child for such a short time in the grand scheme of your whole life. Be sure to capture it! I’m so glad that Lyndsey did.

We started by going to Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas and getting some gorgeous photos over there. It was the perfect time of day and beautiful weather. Daddy to be, Chad, even jumped in some photos. We then went back to my studio and finished up over there. We really got some amazing images to capture Lyndsey’s beauty and her and Chad’s “new parent” glow. I can’t wait to meet their little boy in just a few short weeks!
